Buy a brick and help pave the way for the Aquarium's future success

As we celebrate 16 years of wonder we salute the many individuals, businesses, foundations and corporations that helped make the Aquarium the premier facility it is today. You can help the Aquarium build on its past successes and achieve even greater heights in the future by making a tax deductible gift that will be used to provide support for the facility's education programs and animal rehabilitation efforts.

The Aquarium would like to offer donors an opportunity to support the facility and at the same time receive tangible recognition for their generosity. For donations of $100 or more, you can leave a lasting impression by purchasing a personalized brick, which will be installed in the Aquarium's entry pathway or aviary. You may choose to have your name engraved in the brick, have it inscribed in memory or in honor of another individual or use it as an opportunity to leave a personalized message.

Your gift will help further the Aquarium's mission

The Oregon Coast Aquarium is a nonprofit organization dedicated to public enjoyment, education and research. The facility receives less than 3% in ongoing governmental support. Through its educational programs and exhibits, the Aquarium provides schoolchildren and the public with a balanced, informed view of the wealth and fragility of the Oregon Coast's freshwater and marine resources and promotes environmental awareness, conservation and good stewardship.

Two brick sizes are available

For a gift of $100, a 4" x 8" engraved brick will be installed in the Aquarium's entry pathway or aviary with your personalized message. Each 4" x 8" brick can be engraved with up to three lines of lettering with a maximum of 13 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation.

For a gift of $250, an 8" x 8" engraved brick will be installed in the Aquarium's entry pathway or aviary with your personalized message. Each 8" x 8" brick can be engraved with up to five lines of lettering with a maximum of 13 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation.

Depending on the length of your inscription, you may choose to have one or more of the following animal silhouettes engraved on your brick as well. Each silhouette can take up to 3 spaces on each of two adjacent lines, so allowances must be made in the text if you choose to include this artwork on your brick.

Get one as a memento to keep for yourself or to give as a gift

You can purchase a duplicate brick at half price to keep as a special memento for your home or office or to give as a gift to a friend or relative.
